1.1、Battery pack system structure

Our lithium batteries are about one-third the weight of the lead-acid batteries. Which save weight for the boat and let it faster,as tested on E boats. In addition, a significant amount of space is also saved, allowing for more storage room.

Our lithium batteries are maintenance free with a long cycle life. Replacement batteries will not be necessary for another five or ten years. Our battery system can be connected to solar panels, providing extra power.

Battery pack system solution

     The entire battery system consists of two battery boxes connected in series, and the No. 1 box has a main control module. The output has a discharge positive and negative interface, an external CAN communication interface (including a start switch, a power switch line and a CAN communication signal line); the external vehicle has a power switch and a start switch, and if the vehicle is not used for a long time, please turn off the power switch in time.

◎Do not strike battery with any sharp edge parts, such as Ni-tabs, pins and needles 

◎Do not immerse the battery in water and seawater

◎Do not use and leave the battery near a heat source as fire or heater 

◎Do not reverse the position and negative terminals

◎Do not connect the battery to an electrical outlet 

◎Do not discard the battery in fire or heat it

◎The battery tabs are not so stubborn especially for aluminum tab. Do not bend tab.

◎Do not short-circuit the battery by directly connecting the positive and negative terminal with metal object. 

◎Do not transport and store the battery together with metal objects such as necklaces, hairpins etc.

◎Do not directly solder the battery and pierce the battery with a nail or other sharp object.
